There’s something about motherhood that feels both fleeting and forever all at once.

One minute you’re (oh so) carefully tiptoeing out of their room, hoping the floor doesn’t creak after finally getting them to sleep from hours of swaying back and forth…and the next, you’re watching them stand at the mirror doing their “skincare routine”, wondering how they got so big so fast.

Wait… did we even have skincare routines at this age??

And somewhere in between, you realize…you’re almost never in the photos.
