Guys! I am so excited to share these new mini sessions with you! I am calling them my “Pop Up Minis with BIG Personality”……

Extended family sessions are a special gift to that special family member. Whether it be Christmas, a birthday or Mothers/Fathers day, giving a person this rather than another candle or set of wine glasses is something they will cherish for years.

May is the time of year when 8 year old kids get all dressed up in their pretty white dresses and classy suits for their very First Communion!

Sometimes the days feel so so long when you are a mom. The piles of laundry that never seem to end no matter how many loads you do and the toys that some how have taken over every room in the house. But being a mom….

Today I am welcoming sweet baby River and her adorable family to the blog. She was 7 days old when these photos were taken and her mom recently posted a picture of her at 1 month old!

OK guys I PROMISED this year I would post more and I know I know…it’s Spring and I am posting a Fall session so I am kind of cheating!! I should be posting warm, glowing images right now and here I am posting all about the cold.

When you ask your daughter to give you her serious face….this is pretty much what you get lol. She just can’t control herself. The many faces of Jade 💗

Happy Valentines day friends!!

One of my many goals that I wrote down for 2019 is to blog more. I had that as a goal last year as well and I don’t know if it was just me or if this seemed to have happened to a lot of people this year but I feel like I blinked and it was 2019.

Meet the Broughel Family! Full of fun, love and pure sweetness. I was excited when Alicia asked me to meet them at their home. A lot of times people won’t think to do the session in their own backyard but it is nice to have memories of the kids playing and just being in their own comfort zone. These will be precious for them to look back on years from now.

Guys I am really behind on blogging sessions! I had so many plans on blogging ideas over the summer that I never did and now I am behind on regular session posts. I am going to do my best to catch up in the next few weeks. But first up the Jackson family!

It was a beautiful day for some special portraits. May 5th was the day that sweet Sarah received her First Communion and I was more than happy to capture some memories for this beautiful family to cherish for years to come.

When you have a February birthday chances are pretty high that it will be freezing when you have your birthday photos done. So we were prepared for that. What we didn't plan for was the extremely high winds! Like push you over, chill your bones, hair covering your face kind of winds. But you know what....thats totally fine!

YES guys it is only Oct 3rd and YES I am going to post about Christmas already!! But I am just so excited about these mini sessions at a Christmas tree farm!

How amazing are these sunflowers that I purchased at the Morristown farmers market?! I couldn't wait to get home & photograph them. Something as simple as a few beautiful blooms can definitely bring your photos to another level. It's the little details that can bring life to a photo. So when booking a session let me know the things you love so we can try to work them into your session....it can be as simple as one beautiful sunflower :)

I wanted to share with you 5 reasons you should have a family session. Until having a family of my own I don't think I understood the true meaning behind getting family photos done. I cherish the professional photos we have and plan to make it part of our family tradition to have more done. I am realizing how crucial it is for me to be in these photos with my family and how important it is for my daughter to have both me and my husband in photos with her to look back on.
